Climate Change & Nuclear Energy with Governor Christine Todd Whitman
How can the US move toward a base load power supply that is plentiful, reliable, and carbon-free? Former New Jersey Governor and EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman believes that nuclear energy is a key part of the solution. She joins us in her role as Co-Chair of the Clean and Safe Energy Coalition, which seeks to “advance the national dialogue on the benefits of clean, safe and affordable nuclear energy.” Prof. Joe Lassiter, who writes and teaches about clean energy, will join her onstage to facilitate the conversation.
