Jane Nakano, Senior Fellow, Energy and National Security Program, Center for Strategic and International Studies, will discuss “The Geopolitical Implications of the U.S. Shale Revolution for Japan and China”. Susan Pharr, Edwin O. Reischauer Professor of Japanese Politics and Director, Program on U.S.-Japan Relations, Harvard University, will moderate the discussion.
