As part of the Harvard Natural History Museum’s Prather Lecture Series, Jane Lubchenco, U.S. Science Envoy, Oregon State University, will discuss how the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) advances and utilizes scientific research on weather, climate, and oceans to guide its services and improve environmental stewardship in the United States.
