We are pleased to announce that Professor Jim Anderson has been awarded a 2012 Ingenuity Award by the Smithsonian for his work on the link between ozone loss and climate change.  Quoting from the Smithsonian website "We polled the brain trust of the Smithsonian to identify the most innovative individuals working in America today.  To make sure we were skating on the cutting edge, we asked for candidates who had achieved a breakthrough that was influential and recent - ideally within the past year.  The Smithsonian Ingenuity Awards shed light on brilliant new achievements in science, technology, art, and society.  Congratulations Jim!
