Seminar in Environmental Economics and Policy

James Stock, Harvard University, will lead a discussion on "Federal Coal Program Reform, the Clean Power Plan, and the Interaction of Upstream and Downstream Climate Policies" with Todd Gerarden (Harvard) and W.
