Seminar in Environmental Economics and Policy

Todd Gerarden, Harvard University, will lead a discussion on "Capital versus Output Subsidies: Implications of Alternative Incentives for Wind Energy" along with Joseph Aldy (Harvard) and Richard Sweeney (Boston College).
