 **Stephen Gross,** Associate Professor of History and European Studies, New York University, will present "Energy and Environmental Economics After the Oil Shock: The Rise of Ecological Modernization" with discussants **Adam Tooze**, Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Professor of History, Department of History, Columbia University and **Nathalie** Berta, Lecturer in Economics, University of Reims.

 **Irene Sotiropoulou,** Post-Doctoral Research Assistant, University of Hull, will present "Resilience in Context" with discusstants **Venus Biva**r, Lecturer in Modern History, University of Hull and **Troy Vettese**, William Lyon Mackenzie King Postdoctoral Fellow, Canada Program.

 **Roman Gilmintinov,** PhD Candidate, History Department, Duke University, will present "Socialist Valuation of Nature: Environmental Regulation and the Development of Political Economy in the Soviet Union, 1965​–​1991" with discussants **Guy Oakes,** Professor of Economics, Emeritus, Monmouth University and **Irene Sotiropoulou**, Post-Doctoral Research Assistant, University of Hull.
