 **Judy Chang**, Undersecretary of Energy and Climate Solutions for Massachusetts, will present "Planning for Decarbonization at the State Level."

 Judy Chang will discuss the efforts that Massachusetts is undertaking in meeting a 50% greenhouse gas emissions reduction by 2030 and Net Zero economy-wide by 2050. She will share the analyses, the program design, the policy-making process, and the challenges associated with meeting these ambitious emissions reductions. HKS Professor **Henry Lee** will moderate the discussion and Q&A.
