 **Oliver Hart**, 2021–2022 Jeffrey S. and Margaret Mais Padnos Fellow, will present "Corporate Social Responsibility."

 Oliver Hart is the Lewis P. and Linda L. Geyser University Professor at Harvard University. He plans to continue his work on appropriate objectives for companies by investigating the relative effectiveness of different ways of influencing company behavior, such as divestment, boycotts, and engagement.
