Judy Chang, Undersecretary of Energy and Climate Solutions for Massachusetts, will present "Planning for Decarbonization at the State Level."
Judy Chang will discuss the efforts that Massachusetts is undertaking in meeting a 50% greenhouse gas emissions reduction by 2030 and Net Zero economy-wide by 2050. She will share the analyses, the program design, the policy-making process, and the challenges associated with meeting these ambitious emissions reductions. HKS Professor Henry Lee will moderate the discussion and Q&A.
