In this talk, Carlos Martín, the new director of the Center’s Remodeling Futures Program, will examine this issue and how it might be addressed. He will discuss some current projects as well as work he’s done on how to make these programs more equitable, which included "Equitable Investments in Infrastructure: A Review of Benefit-Cost Analysis in Federal Flood Mitigation Infrastructure," a study he co-authored while at the Urban Institute.

	Registration is required.
