Join the Harvard Kennedy School for an Energy Policy Seminar featuring Elliot Diringer, Senior Policy Advisor in the office of the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry. Diringer will give a talk entitled "Taking Stock of the International Climate Effort." Q&A to follow. Buffet-style lunch will be served.
